• Membership is granted upon successful registration and payment of the applicable annual membership fee.
• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Caviar Club reserves the right to modify or update membership benefits with reasonable notice.

• Members receive access to concierge services, exclusive experiences, partner clubs, and curated events.
• All concierge and access services are included within the membership.
• Additional purchases such as event tickets, travel, and bespoke experiences incur separate charges.

• All bookings require upfront payment upon confirmation.
• You will receive a quote for requested services; payment is processed only upon your approval.
• We accept payments via secure third-party processor (Square). We do not store or process your payment details directly.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Experiences, events, and services are also non-refundable once confirmed, due to the bespoke nature of each booking.
• You may transfer confirmed bookings to another person with written notice to our concierge team, subject to approval.
• If an event is canceled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• If an event is postponed, a credit will be issued for future use with Caviar Club.

• Certain experiences may carry inherent risks (e.g., travel, adventure sports). By booking, you accept full responsibility and may be required to sign waivers.
• Caviar Club is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues arising from third-party suppliers, venues, or external events beyond our control.

• Applicable taxes will be charged based on your billing location and the nature of the service provided.

• Caviar Club is an inclusive but curated community. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership at our discretion in cases of misconduct.
• There is no age restriction for membership; however, some experiences may have age limits due to venue or legal requirements.

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
